1. Be Honest (to yourself and to the group). There's lots of room for cheating with this system. However, other options, such as having us all weigh in at one place would be impossible as we are all in different places. 2. Weekly weigh-ins must be recorded on the same day for the benefit of all the players. 3. Use whatever weight loss methods work for you. There are no restrictions, but we strongly encourage using healthy weight loss methods and learning strategies that you will be able to stick with once the competition is over with.
